The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start my day. The location was ideal, with free parking and a short uphill walk to the town center. The view from the property, including my bedroom, was breathtaking. Sitting on the garden terrace, enjoying a local wine and watching the sunset over Assisi was truly special. The accommodation was immaculately clean and everything felt brand new. A top-quality boutique hotel with a stunning view!

Our spacious and clean room had comfortable beds and a breathtaking view of the Basilica di San Francesco. Clara, the B&B owner, was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Her generous breakfasts and helpful recommendations made our experience even better. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😢.
